  MILL ENGINEER (SERVICES)

o		 To ensure the operations of Palm Oil Mill laboratory is within standard practice and procedure.
To supervise and monitor the operation of Water Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant.
To check and ensure high standard of engineering and work specifications are followed on projects.
To arrange and monitor the dispatch of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and palm kernel and ensure the quality of dispatched products are within acceptable standard.
To oversee the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) grading.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 Degree holder in any engineering field with 3 years working experience in Palm Oil Mill.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  MILL ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE)

o		 To lead palm oil mill's Maintenance Section in its overall roles and functions of providing maintenance services.
To be the focal point for matters and issues with respect to industrial relation.
To lead in the overall planning, scheduling and implementation of maintenance programmes.
To monitor and provide necessary control of spare part and ensuring all are compatible with the required specifications.
To recommend a suitable and reliable measures to improve machinery performance, the layout of the systems or the process flow in relation to the machinery layout.

  ESTATE MANAGER

o		 To produce estates annual work plan and budget which include estate annual work plan, budget plan, workforce plan, logistics and FFB projection.
To provide direction and coordination of Estate production and administrative management.
To ensure that all Estate facilities and equipment are efficiently managed.
To optimise FFB production of high quality.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Plantation Management / Agriculture or equivalent.
4 - 5 years working experience in plantation as Assistant Estate Manager.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good communication and analytical skill.
Strong leadership and communication skill.
 		  
  ASSISTANT ESTATE MANAGER

o		 Assist Estate Manager in daily field operation and administration of Estate.
Assist Estate Manager in preparation of annual budget, work program and controlling expenditures.
Preparation of field work, strategies and implementation of field work.
To access and re-evaluate the quality of field work are being implemented.
Checking of check-roll and other accounting input data for the estate accounting system. To ensure correct charging of works.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Plantation Management / Agriculture or equivalent with 4 - 5 years working experience in plantation.
Strong leadership and communication skill.
 		  
  DRAUGHTSMAN (SURVEY)

 		 To carry out compilation of survey raw data.
To carry out computation and produce final survey drawing and plans.
To organise all technical drawings according to their specific types, categories or work locations for easy retrieval.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 One (1) year experience in processing and plotting of survey plan.
Certificate Holders in Land Surveying from Polytechnic have an added advantaged.
 		  
  MECHANIC

o		 Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Agriculture machinery maintenance works.
To carry out inspection and repairing of estate machinery.
Responsible to update workshop log sheet and vehicle cost book.
To implement weekly 5's in the workshop.
To implement HSE at work place.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 SPMV (Vocational) with 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
Dynamic, trustworthy and able to work independently.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Certificate holder from any other recognised vocational institutions will be an added advantage.
 		  
  FIELD SUPERVISOR

o		 Check-roll updating and preparation.
Job briefing and demonstration of specific activities and segregation of workers for specific jobs.
Checking of actual turnout in the field and calculating unit cost as per specific jobs (cost Book).
To ensure safety measures and discipline are abided by every workers.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 Graduate from Institut Pertanian Sarawak (IPS) or Sarawak Agricultural Vocational Training Institute (SAVTI / PPKS).
Possess good interpersonal skill, resilient and ability to lead a group.
 		  
  LABORATORY ASSISTANT  
  Accountability Objectives

o		 To prepare laboratory reports/returns, daily paid workers' check-rolls and other reports/returns as directed by his/her superior and highlight critical issues for his/her superior consent.
To take daily sounding of the mill's product inventory and record accordingly to the log book/sheet for further compilation by the Engineer(s).
To carry out product quality and loss control monitoring, sampling and analysis.
To ensure that all laboratory equipment are in good order, clean and properly stored or placed.
To implement 5's housekeeping and cleanliness standard in the workplace.
 		  
  Minimum Qualification / Requirement

-		 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent (Science Medium) with a 1 year hands-on experience in laboratory works.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and able to understand command in English.
Good analytical ability and knowledgeable in chemical safety.
Safety conscious and able to translate safety concept into action when undertaking assignment.
Not suffering from any breathing difficulty or Asthma.
 		  
  SECURITY GUARD

 		 Conducts patrol and surveillance of buildings, public and other surrounding areas.
Safeguard the company's asset and property as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
Assist in investigation of security breaches.
