ESTATE MANAGER (4 VACANCIES)

Principal Responsibilities:

To produce estates Annual Work Plan and Budget including workforce planning, logistics and FFB projection.
To ensure that all Estate facilities and equipment are efficiently managed.
To optimize FFB production of high quality.
To conduct field inspection and ensure that all works progress are executed according to plan and effective cost management.
To adopt, monitor and check on compliance to SOP, HSE rules and regulations & other procedures.
To prepare and submit promptly to HQ all reports, Monthly Account and all periodically returns.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree or above in Plantation Management / Agriculture or equivalent.
Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in plantation at Managerial level.
Rank and file executive from established and reputable company at minimum 20 years (twenty) working experience.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good communication and analytical skill.
Strong leadership and able to work independently.
