28 July 2010 - Presentation of Donation by Sarawak Plantation Berhad at the Launching of Kuching Heart Week 2010

Sarawak Planation Berhad donated RM20,000 only to the Sarawak Heart Foundation during the launching of Kuching Heart Week 2010 at Hills Shopping Mall, Kuching on 28 July 2010. The cheque was given by SPB's Deputy Group Managing Director YB Datuk Haji Hamden Bin Ahamd to the guest of honour YB Dr. Abang Haji Abdul Rauf, the Assistant Minister for Industrial Development who received the cheque on behalf of Sarawak Heart Foundation. This CSR event is part of SPB's continuous support towards the ongoing activities carried out by the Sarawak Heart Foundation, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to heart patients who are genuinely poor for heart operations and treatments as well as purchase and donate specialized medical equipment to hospitals.
