15 June 2010: Sarawak Plantation Berhad 13th Annual General Meeting

The Company held its 13th Annual General Meeting on 15th June 2010 at Ground Floor, Wisma Naim, 2½ Miles, Rock Road, Kuching. All the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21st May 2010 have been duly passed.
